Question 1) How do I request a refund?

Answer: If you would like to request a refund for a product first check to make sure that you are within the time limit for the guarantee.

As long as you are still able to request a refund (ie: the time hasn't expired) then you can go to the customer Support Desk and post your refund request there: http://www.amazingformula.com/support

Please let us our support staff know you would like to request a refund.

If the product you ordered was delivered to you on CD-ROM, you will need to send the CD back to us by Fed Ex or US Mail at this address:

Once your product is received we will issue a credit back to your account.

Please Note: You are responsible for all return CD costs including any customs and duties fees.



Question 2) I asked for a refund. I checked my statement but don't see it. Where is my refund?

Answer: Once your refund has been processed through our transaction terminal, your credit card company will require up to 5 business days to post the credit to your statement. This is usually done within 3 days, but it depends on your credit card company.

If you receive a new statement within 5 days of requesting a refund, the credit MAY not appear there yet. That does NOT mean that something has gone wrong. You need to provide adequate time for your credit card company to receive the data from our merchant bank.

If you are concerned you can check your online credit card statement if you use online banking, or you can contact your credit card company and ask them to confirm the refund has been processed.

All refund requests are processed without delay, and a confirmation message is sent to you once the refund has been put through. If you are not sure how long to wait before checking your statement please refer to the email confirmation.

Once the refund is posted to your credit card you will see it as being from "Higher Response Marketing, Inc".



Question 3)
I sent an email with a request for a refund but haven't heard anything back. It
's been 1 day. Is anything wrong?

Answer: Please do NOT email us any support queries. We receive up to 10,000 spam messages every day. Chances are, if you emailed a refund request, that we never saw it. It likely got buried or filtered.

Once your refund has been posted you will receive a confirmation email.



Question 4)
I ordered the Cash Like Clockwork System and find that it does not meet my needs. I would like to return it. How do I do this?

Answer: If you ordered "The Cash Like Clockwork System!" then you have 90 days to send the product back to us and will be eligible for a refund upon receipt of the returned package is good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: The package must be returned to us within 90 days. If it arrives on the 100th day or any time after 3 months from the date your order was received, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Our terms are very straightforward. Your 90 days starts from the date the order comes through PayPal. As long as the package is back at our fulfillment center before your 90 days is up, you will receive a full refund.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating your return times to make sure the package arrives on time. You are also responsible for the cost of the return shipping and any customs or duties fees that are incurred as a result of the product return.


Question 5) I ordered the Digital Product Creation System awhile back. I would like to return it. How can I do this?

Answer: I am sorry but the 8 CD "Digital Product Creation System" package is actually non refundable.

Every product that we sell has a guarantee written on the bottom of the sales letter if the product is in fact returnable.

The Digital Product Creation System is non refundable. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Question 6) I want to return a CD package that I got from you. Will you pay the return shipping costs?

Answer: Any costs involved in returning a CD package to us are not covered as part of the guarantee. By that I mean, you will be fully responsible for any return delivery costs to send your package back.

All CD packages must be returned to us using the same method of delivery used to send the package to you. This means if the package came by Fed Ex, you will be required to return it by Fed Ex, UPS or DHL.

If you received a single CD in the mail, you can return it by regular postal mail.

* Please note: Any returned packages that incur customs or duties fees will be your responsibility. You are also responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Question 7) I want to return the Cash Like Clockwork System but want to keep 1 of the CD's. How can I send back a partial package?

Answer: If you plan to return a package to us, all contents must be intact. This means that you are NOT able to keep one of the CD's or order the product on it's own after the package is returned.

If you buy and refund "The Cash Like Clockwork System!" then I am sorry to say but you will have "bypassed our refund limit" which essentially allows 1 refund per person, customer, company, household or organization.

If you were to place an order for a single product or multiple products AFTER returning "The Cash Like Clockwork System!" then you must realize that secondary purchase will NOT be covered under our usual money back guarantee.


Question 8) I want to buy a bunch of your products all at once and study them all at the same time but am wondering, if I do this and don't like them, can I refund ALL of them if necessary?

Answer: Although we would like to be able to permit such activity, I am sorry but our corporation does have what is called a "Refund Policy".

The policy allows any one customer, company, household, corporation or organization 1 refund with no questions asked.

Unfortunately, to prevent some unscrupulous people from buying and then refunding ALL products we own, we must implement the refund policy.

If you were to buy a bunch of products at one time and then decide you do not like them, you would not be covered under the usual money back guarantee despite what you may read on the product sales letter.

What we suggest you do is to buy one product and then read through it and see if it meets your needs. See if you have a match between Marlon's information and your marketing needs. If so, you can then safely go on to buy a secondary product, knowing that the first is a match and you won't need to request a refund for it.

This is the system that we prefer you use to make sure that you never end up with a product that doesn't satisfy you.
