Answer:
If you are having trouble printing a PDF file or one of the older .exe files, as with question #1 above, we suggest that you obtain the new .ebk files. These are easy to print and we've never had anyone mention a problem printing those files!
Return to the download site and follow the steps on the page to get the new Ebook Reader and the corresponding .ebk file.

3) I'm
printing the .exe product but it's only printing one chapter at a time!
Answer:
The reason this happens is because you are printing from the .EXE files that we used to use. You really need to update your copy of the product and get the new .ebk files which are easier to print from.
Contact us for a new registration code for the download site first. Just go to http://www.amazingformula.com/support and open a NEW support ticket account then post your request for help.
After that just login to the download site and from there just follow ALL the on-screen instructions to get the new files.

4) I am new at printing and don't know how to set up my printer to get my product printed. What can I do? Can someone call and help me set up my printer?
Answer: I am really sorry but our customer support staff is unable to assist with something of this nature. You can get help though, by contacting the manufacturer of your printer. For example, if you have a new Lexmark printer then you can contact their customer support department and they can help you.
