Question 1: I have my user name and password. Where do I go to access my product?

Answer: If the product you ordered is digitally delivered (Design Dashboard, Marketing Dashboard, VBlog Secrets, 1in102, Web Site Repair Kit, Top 10 Design Mistakes, Associate Program Handbook), log in here with the user name/password you chose when you ordered -

http://www.productlogin.com

If you misplaced your user name and/or password, contact us at http://www.getyoursupport.com and we can retrieve it for you.

If you ordered a product on CD-ROM then insert the CD, and activate the product using the 5 digit pin code taped to the outside of the CD case. If you bought Push Button Letters, you activate the CD with the user name/password taped to the CD case.

Question 2: I can't download the digital product that I bought. I don't know how.

For the most part, our products aren't downloadable, but rather accessed over the internet. 1 in 102, Associate Program Handbook, Top 10 Design Mistakes are downloadable.

Question 3: My downloaded file won't open. It's corrupted. What do I do?

Answer: If your product is downloadable and the file you downloaded is corrupted, contact us at http://www.getyoursupport.com and we'll troubleshoot it for you. If needed, we'll reupload the file for you to redownload at your convenience.

Question 4: I bought your product at work but now I'm home. Can I log in from my home computer and download again?

Answer: If the product you ordered is digitally delivered (Design Dashboard, Marketing Dashboard, VBlog Secrets, 1in102, Web Site Repair Kit, Top 10 Design Mistakes, Associate Program Handbook), log in here with the user name/password you chose when you ordered -

http://www.productlogin.com

You can access the product from any computer.

If your product is on CD, and is NOT Push Button Letters, go to http://www.getyoursupport.com and request a 2nd pin code. Our pins are designed to only activate a product ONCE. So to use the product on a second computer, you need a new pin.

If you bought Push Button Letters, use your user name and password to activate the CD on any computer.

Question 5: I ordered your program and never received anything. Please look into this.

You can access a digital product instantly.

(If you misplaced your user name and/or password, contact us at http://www.getyoursupport.com and we can retrieve it for you.)

If you purchased a physically delivered product, contact us at http://www.getyoursupport.com and we can track the status of your order.

Question 6: My computer crashed. Can you retrieve my login data?

Answer:  When you purchased your product, you selected a user name and password for your account. If you misplaced this information, go to http://www.productlogin.com and enter the email address you purchased with into the LOST PASSWORD field. Then check your email and you should have received your login info.

As a plan B, contact us through our support desk or via live chat and we'll be more than happy to retrieve your data.

Question 7: I have a bunch of different usernames and passwords. Can I get 1 single login to use?

Answer: If you purchased multiple products from us, all under different user names, go to http://www.getyoursupport.com and request that we merge your accounts into one. Be sure to specify which user name/password you wish to use.

Question 8: I am trying to login to the digital product I bought, but keep getting an error message. What am I doing wrong?

Answer: If the product you ordered is digitally delivered (Design Dashboard, Marketing Dashboard, VBlog Secrets, 1in102, Web Site Repair Kit, Top 10 Design Mistakes, Associate Program Handbook), log in here with the user name/password you chose when you ordered -

http://www.productlogin.com

If you misplaced your user name and/or password, contact us at http://www.getyoursupport.com and we can retrieve it for you.

If you receive an error message when trying to log in, please refer to the list below for troubleshooting tips:

1) When you enter the username, remember it's CASE SENSITIIVE.

If you registered with "Bobby" as your user name, entering "bobby" to log in will not work. Same goes with the password field. Always include capital letters if applicable.

2) Check to make sure your CAPS LOCK is not turned on.

If your CAPS LOCK button is turned on, it will prevent you from being able to login.

You must turn off the CAPS lock and try again.

3) Make sure you are not making any spelling errors with your username.

Please be sure that you are entering the username exactly as it was written when you signed up. You can copy the username from the email you received after ordering and paste that into the login box to avoid errors.

4) Make sure that you are NOT entering any invisible "blank spaces".

When you enter your username or password, you must make sure not to accidentally enter any additional blank spaces.

Often this can occur by hitting the space bar after the last character has been entered and since it is a blank space you can't see it as an error. It can also occur if you copy/paste your username into the login box.

5) Make sure you are entering your login exactly as you wrote it when you ordered.

If you make even one slight error when you enter the username or password you won't be able to login correctly. Make sure you are not mixing up the numbers in your password.

6) Tip: If you use Windows XP then you can copy/paste your login!

If you are using Windows XP then you can copy your login from the email you received, directly pasting into the login box. This works for both the user/pass areas but only for Windows XP. If you use Win 98 or lower you can only copy the username, not the password.

Question 9: I bought a lot of products. Most of them are on CD but some are digital. How do I know where to login to the digital ones?

Answer: If the product you ordered is digitally delivered (Design Dashboard, Marketing Dashboard, VBlog Secrets, 1in102, Web Site Repair Kit, Top 10 Design Mistakes, Associate Program Handbook), log in here with the user name/password you chose when you ordered -

http://www.productlogin.com

If you misplaced your user name and/or password, contact us at http://www.getyoursupport.com and we can retrieve it for you.

Question 10: I have tried and tried my login that I was issued a few years ago and it just doesn't work. Is there a problem with it?

Answer: Chances are that if your login is really old, it won't work.

Go to the support desk and contact us there for a new login to the latest version of the product - http://www.getyoursupport.com

Question 11: I am having a problem logging into the Support Desk!

Answer: You use the same user name/password as you use to access your products. You selected these when you purchased.

You can also post into the support desk as an UNREGISTERED user without logging in.

Question 12: About a week ago I created a new Support Ticket and asked for my username and password. You sent it to me but now I've lost it again. How can I get it?

Answer: It's really easy to retrieve ANY information that you have requested through the Support Desk. You see, your Support Desk account has an actual "history" which means that every question you've ever asked and every answer we've ever sent has been retained IN your account history area.

Just login to the Support Desk and go into your account. You'll find a copy of every question/answer there!

However, this will NOT work if you posted to the support desk as an UNREGISTERED user.
