This agreement is between _____________________ and Higher Response Marketing, Inc.

I agree to keep the information in the e-class confidential and not tell anyone any of the information other than those in my direct employ.

This includes the proprietary and non-proprietary information, trade secrets or not. This is in my own best interest as it protects the value of the information for myself and others.

I realize that if someone takes this information and publishes it in a cheap or free e-book, course or tele-seminar or in any other way broadly disseminates the information, it is to my disadvantage.

So I am willing to agree I will not do this. Nor share this information with any outside of my employ. I agree to keep the e-class modules to myself and not forward them to friends, acquaintances, email lists and so forth.

Should there be any dispute concerning the violation of this non-disclosure, I agree to let an independent board of arbitration in Dallas, Texas, at the selection of Higher Response Marketing Inc. determine the resolution. And I agree to pay whatever penalty is determined by that board. If any clause in this agreement is found to not be legal, it will not invalidate the rest of the agreement.
