Yes I agree to keep the information in the Digital Product Creation System secret, known only to my eyes.

I will not disseminate it, nor pass it on to anyone in any form, including ebooks, eclasses, and so forth.

I realize that I am allowed to send the specific videos and instructions to people that I hire on a freelance or employee basis because this is the purpose of the product.

Penalties for violation of this agreement, or disputes concerning this agreement will be settled before an independant board of arbritation of our choosing, selected by Higher Response Marketing, Inc.

I realize that if someone takes this information and publishes it in a cheap or free e-book, course or tele-seminar or in any other way broadly disseminates the information, it is to my disadvantage.

So I am willing to agree I will not do this. Nor share this information with any outside of my employ. I agree to keep Digital Product Creation System information to myself and not forward the contents to friends, acquaintances, email lists and so forth.
